Research rationale

Natural Language and Speech Processing (NLSP) is a research field that enables computers to understand human language or natural language. NLSP is considered a subfield of artificial intelligence and requires knowledge in both computer science and computational linguistics. NLSP research groups focus on creating new research and innovation in natural language and speech processing with computers, such as machine translation, information retrieval, speech synthesis, speech recognition, ancient character recognition, construction and development of working system to integrate natural language and speech processing with business work system, and to create academic works on natural processing.
